SUBJECT MATTER:
Receive, consider and act upon the conveyance of Village of Sterling Ridge Section 91 ROSR A, B, & C;
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is minimal fiscal impact related to annual maintenance costs for these Restricted Open Space Reserves without improvements.
BACKGROUND:
The Woodlands Land Development Company (TWLDC) has submitted the Village of Sterling Ridge Section 91,  Restricted Open Space Reserves A, B, & C  for conveyance by Special Warranty Deed.   The ROSR's have been inspected and conditions are acceptable for conveyance.  No major issues were reported.

Legal counsel has completed a review of the Special Warranty Deed and has found it to be acceptable (Attachment A).
RECOMMENDATION:
Accept the conveyance by Special Warranty Deed the Village of Sterling Ridge Section 91 Restricted Open Space Reserves A, B, & C.
