Receive, consider and act upon conveyance of Village of Creekside Park
Section 15, ROSRs A, B, C, D, E, G, H and Section 17, ROSRs A, C, D, E;
Annual maintenance costs for the Restricted Open Space Reserves (ROSRs) presented for conveyance are minimal. Eight of the ROSRs contain pathways. There are 3,640 linear feet of concrete pathway that will be maintained at a cost of $124.20, which will be added to the park and pathway master agreement with Bio Landscape.
The Woodlands Land Development Company (TWLDC) has submitted 11 Restricted Open Space Reserves in two sections in the Village of Creekside Park totaling 2.10 acres (Attachment A). The ROSRs have been inspected and a pre-conveyance report has been provided to TWLDC (Attachment B). No major issues were reported; however, it is
recommended that construction debris and dead trees that are present be removed, pathway stop signs and safety stenciling be installed and certain areas identified be reforested as a condition of conveyance. Legal counsel has completed a review of the Special Warranty Deed and has found it to be acceptable.
Upon the completion of the issues identified in the pre-conveyance inspection report as presented, accept the conveyance by Special Warranty Deed from The Woodlands Land Development Company, L.P. for: Creekside Park Section 15- Restricted Open Space Reserves A, B, C, D, E, G and H; and Creekside Park Section 17 - Restricted Open Space Reserves A, C, D and E.
