SUBJECT MATTER:
Receive, consider and act upon the granting of a Temporary Construction Easement to the San Jacinto River Authority in Tracts 1 and 2 in the Restricted Reserve “G” Village of Grogan’s Mill, Section 5; 
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact related to granting the Temporary Construction Easement. 
BACKGROUND:

San Jacinto River Authority has presented a request for a Temporary Construction Easement to provide SJRA additional work area necessary to rehabilitate SJRA Lift Station No. 4 (located north of Chrystal Lake Ln. just east of intersection with Grogan’s Mill) (Attachment A).  SJRA would like to begin work the first week of November and the project duration is 330 days.   The work is necessary to maintain and improve the sanitary sewer system in that area of the community. In order to perform the improvements, additional room around the site is necessary for staging and access.  Upon completion of the project, the temporary easement terminates and the site will be restored. 

The Township Attorney has reviewed and approved the Temporary Construction Easement to form.

 

RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Temporary Construction Easement as presented.
