SUBJECT MATTER:
Receive, consider and act upon matters involving the 2016 Town Center Holiday Express program; 
FISCAL IMPACT:
To be determined by Board Action.

 
BACKGROUND:
Staff was asked to investigate the use of Phase II-type trolley operations versus the Holiday Shuttle Express to provide service during the Holiday Season.

A comparative analysis has been prepared to provide background, alternative scenarios, and estimated costs and is attached for consideration.
 
RECOMMENDATION:
Based on the comparative operations and cost analysis, staff is recommending Scenario 1 for the 2016 Holiday Season Operations.
