Receive, consider and act upon a conveyance of Village of Creekside Park Section 29, Open Space Reserve A and associated improvements;
Base annual maintenance cost adding these reserves is minimal as the reserve is within the existing streetscape program and the pathways are included in the 2016-2018 Park and Pathway maintenance services agreement.
The Woodlands Land Development Company (TWLDC) has submitted the Village of Creekside Park Section 29- Restricted Reserve A for conveyance. This ROSR is adjacent to Strake Rd. and, at the request of the Township and residents, was recently enhanced by TWLDC with additional trees and shrubs to increase the forest buffer.
The ROSR has been inspected and a pre-conveyance report has been provided to TWLDC. No major issues were reported. Legal counsel has completed a review of the Special Warranty Deed and has found it to be acceptable.
Accept the conveyance by Special Warranty Deed from The Woodlands Land Development Company, L.P. for the Village of Creekside Park, Section 29 A.
