Consider Approval of a Preliminary Plat at Wickenburg Ranch for Parcel U
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The developers at Wickenburg Ranch have submitted a Preliminary Plat at Wickenburg Ranch for Parcel U. The subdivision consists of 20 vacant acres and 23 proposed lots. All the lots conform to the zoning standards set by the code. The streets are to be private roads. The proposed subdivision is off of Club Access Road which is the just past the main gate at Wickenburg Ranch. 
SUGGESTED MOTION:
I move to approve the Preliminary Plat for Parcel U at Wickenburg Ranch.
