AGENDA ITEM:
Consider Approval of a Preliminary Plat for Parcel O- Parcel 1 at Wickenburg Ranch
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The developers at Wickenburg Ranch have submitted a request for a Preliminary Plat. The site consists of approximately 24 acres of vacant land and is proposed to have 108 units/lots. The proposed units in this subdivision, for the most part, will be single family attached homes.  This will be a new unit for Wickenburg Ranch but has been utilized many times over in other Trilogy Communities. The price point for these units should be less than the  larger lots detached structures. The lots are in conformance to the special zoning designated by the Planned Area Development standards granted by the Town. These will be private roadways and all necessary utilities will be provided to the homes. Staff recommends a name change of Cactus Lane as it conflicts with another street in Town. 
SUGGESTED MOTION:
Motion to approve the Preliminary Plat Parcel O - Parcel 1 at Wickenburg Ranch with the suggested name change to Cactus Lane
