The Mayor of the Wickenburg Town Council finds that it is in the best interests of the Town and its community to conduct this public meeting primarily through technological access in order to serve the public purpose of assisting with the minimization of the potential spread of COVID-19. Council members will participate in the meeting via telephone, as authorized by A.R.S. Section 38-431(4), or in-person, in the Town Hall Council Chambers. A limited public audience will be allowed to attend in-person. Seating will be on a first come, first serve basis with only 15 people allowed in the Council Chambers. Masks will be required. Doors will open at 5:00 PM.
Members of the public may attend by watching Cox Cable Channel 11, Facebook Live, or by calling into a conference call at 1-253-215-8782 meeting ID 533-193-3281 (alternate phone number 1-301-715-8592). If you want to make a comment regarding an item or Call to the Public, please email your comments of 250 words or less to by noon on Monday and they will be read into the record. Please note in the email what agenda item you want your comments read. If you are attending in person, you will need to fill out a Speaker Form and come to the podium when your name is called.
The Mayor hereby authorizes this action to serve the goal of protecting Town residents, staff, and in the interests of public safety.


Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Wickenburg Town Council and to the general public that the Town Council will hold a meeting open to the public on the above date, time, and location. Minutes of its proceedings shall be taken and filed with the Town Clerk for Public Inspection.

ACTION MAY BE TAKEN BY THE COUNCIL ON ANY ITEM LISTED ON THIS AGENDA. Revisions to the agenda can occur up to 24 hours prior to the meeting. Revisions appear in all italic print.  Council may decide to change the order in which items are heard at the meeting.

Meeting Times
Welcome to this Wickenburg Town Council meeting. Regular Council meetings are usually held the first and third Monday of each month at 5:30 PM in the Wickenburg Council Chambers, although the date or time may change and additional meetings may be called at other times and/or places. Contact the Town Clerk or watch for posted agendas for other meetings.


Speaking at Meetings
If you are interested in speaking to the Council during the Call to the Public or Public Hearings, you must fill out a speaker card (located at the entrance door) and deliver it to the Town Clerk prior to the convening of the meeting.
All persons attending the Council meeting, whether speaking to the Council or not, are expected to observe the Council rules, as well as the rules of politeness, propriety, decorum and good conduct. Any person interfering with the conduct of the meeting or otherwise not following the Council rules will be removed from the meeting.

To better serve the citizens of Wickenburg and others attending our meetings, the Council Chambers are wheelchair and handicapped accessible.
