The developers at Wickenburg Ranch have submitted a Preliminary Plat at Wickenburg Ranch for Parcel U. The subdivision consists of 20 vacant acres and 23 proposed lots. All the lots conform to the zoning standards set by the code. The streets are to be private roads. The proposed subdivision is off of Club Access Road which is just past the main gate at Wickenburg Ranch. The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary plat on September 17, 2020.
I move to approve the Preliminary Plat at Wickenburg Ranch for Parcel U.
