Consider Action on the Development Review for Standard Home Plans for Morgan Taylor at Wickenburg County Club Estates
Morgan Taylor Homes has submitted 2 new home designs for their subdivision County Club Estates located along Vulture Mine Road. The Commission has previously approved other home designs that they will use on the site and these are just adding to the neighborhood to give more options to potential buyers. 

The Alpine and Durango homes range from 2,126-2,446 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5-3 bathrooms. There is also the option to add a 3-car garage instead of a standard 2-car garage. The homes will come in a variety of color and material and no two identical homes will be constructed as neighbors. Each home will be fitted with exterior dark sky compliant lighting fixtures and have landscape packages. There will be lots that back up to the golf course, so it is recommended that the homes be aligned to prevent golf balls from hitting the homes from poor swings. 

Each home meets the southwestern design standards as is protocol with Morgan Taylor Homes in this development.  The applicant is working on making slight setback adjustments on the approved lots in order to make these and other units fit properly.
I move to approve the development review application for Morgan Taylor Homes for Wickenburg Country Club Estates.
