Consider Action Regarding the Development Review Application for Pradum Construction for a 14 Unit RV Storage Facility Located on Industrial Road
Pradum Construction has submitted an application for development review for a building proposed to be located at the Industrial Park along Industrial Road. The property is currently vacant along with all the neighboring properties on the same side of the road. The property is just over an acre in size and the proposal is to construct a building that is 12,140 square feet in size. The zoning on the property is I-2 Light Industrial and the use conforms to the code. The building will be broken up into 14 units roughly 867 square feet each. The building will be 18' from the ground with a RV garage door installed in each unit. The units are meant for storage only and will be self governed with CC&R's to not be livable storage facilities.  The front of the building will be stucco finish with cultured stone. The rest of the non-visible portions from the road frontage will be standard metal construction.

The site will have new landscaping and finishes which will be maintained and kept in good livable condition. The access to the site will be secure with a pin pad gate and fencing around the open area of the site.  The drainage along the east side of the property will be utilized by the property owner but kept in good flowing condition to prevent onsite or offsite issues. 
This application has gone before the technical review committee and is recommended for development review. 
I move to approve the Development Review for the application submitted by Pradum Construction for a 14 Unit RV Storage Facility Located on Industrial Road.
