Entire Strategic Plan up for Discussion

AGENDA ITEM:

Presentations, Discussion, and Direction Between the Common Council and Town Staff Regarding Projects, Financial Options, Strategic Plan and Budgeting Priorities for the Town of Wickenburg in FY 2022/23. Presentations may include discussion of the following:

Assessments of the Town's Operations, Staffing, Organization, Public Services and Infrastructure;
Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, and Opportunities;
Projects for Council Consideration and Prioritization; and
Council Goals for the Year.

Economic Development, Business Growth and Retention, Capital Improvement Projects, Public Safety, Code Compliance, Public Transportation, Technology, Citizen Communication, Special Events, Parks and Open Space, Recreation Programs, Revenue Sources and Community Quality of Life may be examined by the Council during staff presentations to assist in formulating goals and objectives.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

This will be the Council retreat to talk about budget priorities and the strategic plan.
