Subject:
Resolution 2017-05: A Resolution Adopting New Guidelines and Procedures for Tillamook Urban Renewal Agency Public Project Assistance Applications and Private Project Assistant Applications
Background:
The Board established an Ad Hoc Committee in early 2017 to review, revise, and recommend changes to the application guidelines and forms.  The committee has met many times and presented their revisions to the full Board several times.  At a workshop held on August 30, 2017 the final revisions were completed.  Resolution 2017-05 adopts the new Public Assistance Program Guidelines and the Private Assistance Program Guidelines.
Recommendation:
Staff and the Ad Hoc Committee recommends the Board adopt the new program guidelines with Resolution 2017-05.
Motion:
A motion to adopt Resolution 2017-05 will be needed.
