Subject:
Review and Discussion of Agency Bylaws, Application Guidelines, and Fiscal Policies and Procedures
Background:
The TURA Board held a workshop on August 30, 2017 to review agency Bylaws, Project Guidelines and Fiscal Policies and Procedures.  The changes from that meeting have been incorporated into each of the documents which are ready for Board approval and adoption.  

Each of the resolutions included in this packet have the associated document shown as an attachment for your final review.  
Recommendation:
Motion:
A motion will need to be made for each resolution shown under new business.  If there are any corrections or changes to a document, it will be noted in the meeting records and corrected before being release for public record.
 
Any corrections will need to be mentioned in the motion.
