Agency Administrator - Discussion and potential action
Background:
As of July 1, 2020, Paul has resigned his position as the TURA Agency Administrator.  The Board should officially appoint a new Administrator of the agency per the IGA.  Attached is a copy of the IGA the Board was working on in March.  This IGA should be reviewed and changed accordingly.  Once changes are determined, this will need to go before the City Council for their approval.
Recommendation:
Motion:
A motion to make changes as discussed to the City-TURA Intergovernmental Agreement for Services will be needed.
