ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider approval to authorize Patricia Rodak, an individual, to enter into a new lease agreement on a portion of Building No.117, consisting of 4,736 square feet, more or less. (Stubbs/Stark)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by:  Patricia Rodak
 
Patricia Rodak requests Building 117 for the purpose of vehicle storage and maintenance.  Lease Term is for one year, commencing May 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Rent amount is $597.00 monthly; $7,164.00 annually.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The Legal Department has reviewed the Leases.
 
Leases and other contractual agreements generally require City Council approval.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Legal Committee recommended (3-0) approval at their meeting on March 18, 2021.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Consider approval to authorize Patricia Rodak, an individual, to enter into a new lease agreement on a portion of Building No.117, consisting of 4,736 square feet, more or less.
