An insurance claim re-evaluation was done and completed in 2018 for the hail damage received in 2017. Additional loss was reported and corrected a majority of the RIAC claim reports. Additional funds were received.
These repairs will be performed through either a CES contractor or utilizing RFP 18-010 Annual Roofing Repairs. Staff will not exceed the overall amounts received for the repairs and will also arrange adjustments when necessary. Once the repairs are completed the City will file to receive remaining “Depreciation” funds from the insurance company.
