ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider approval to authorize Jon E. Hitchcock, Robert B. Corn, James Patterson, Siavash Karimian, Brandon Arnold, John Berry, and Cliff Waide, as individuals, to amend their current lease agreement on portions of Hangar No. 91, Spaces A and B.
BACKGROUND:
Jon E. Hitchcock, Robert B. Corn, James Patterson, Siavash Karimian, Brandon Arnold, John Berry, and Cliff Waide leases the building for the purpose of aircraft storage and maintenance. 4,589 and 4,623 square feet respectively. New monthly rent amount for Space A is $819; $9,828 annually. New month rent amount for Space B is $825; $9,900 annually. Rent adjustment is 2.5% and 2.5% respectively. Jon E. Hitchcock, Robert B. Corn, James Patterson, Siavash Karimian, Brandon Arnold, John Berry, and Cliff Waide have been customers since January 2000.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Jon E. Hitchcock, Robert B. Corn, James Patterson, Siavash Karimian, Brandon Arnold, John Berry, and Cliff Waide, new monthly rent amount for Space A is $819; $9,828 annually. New month rent amount for Space B is $825; $9,900 annually. Rent adjustment is 2.5% and 2.5% respectively. Term: April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The City Attorney has reviewed the leases, amendment, and the Request for Proposal. 
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Legal Committee recommended approval (4-0) at their meeting on February 28, 2019.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Consider approval of the leases, amendment, and the Request for Proposal as presented.
