ACTION REQUESTED:
Planning and Zoning Case 19-023 - Consider approval of the Final Plat (P&Z Case 19-023 Major Subdivision) of lots for the La Bella Vita Summary Plat No. 2. (Stubbs/Morris)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by:  William Morris
 
Ordinance 15-10, City of Roswell Subdivision Code, states that Major Subdivisions are to be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission and approved by the City Council.
 
The applicant’s intent is to create a new residential subdivision located at the northwest corner of the intersection of North “Un-Tana” and 19th Street consisting of 20 parcels, along with required infrastructure.  Staff review has determined that the final plat meets all of the standards in both the Zoning Code and the Subdivision Standards for the City.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
There are no costs associated with this subdivision.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The City Attorney has reviewed the Proposed Final Plat (P&Z Case 19-023 Major Subdivision) of lots for the La Bella Vita Subdivision Summary Plat No. 2.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended (6-0) approval at their meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2019.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Consider approval of the Final Plat (P&Z Case 19-023 Major Subdivision) of lots for the La Bella Vita Summary Plat No. 2.
