ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider approval to authorize Clean Up Enterprises, Inc., a New Mexico Sole Proprietor, to renew their current lease agreement on Building No. 67. (Stubbs/Holloman/Stark)
BACKGROUND:
Initiated by:  Scott Stark/Mark Bleth
 
Clean Up Enterprises, Inc., leases the building for the purpose of carpet cleaning, a janitorial business, and storage. 978 square feet. The new rent amount is $149 monthly; $1,788 annually. Rent adjustment is 30%. Clean Up Enterprises, Inc., has been a customer since December 2013.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
Clean Up Enterprises, Inc., new rent amount is $149 monthly; $1,788 annually. Rent adjustment is 30%. Term: February 1, 2020, through January 31, 2021.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The City Attorney has reviewed the lease.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
This item did not go to the Legal Committee due to lack of a quorum.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Consider approval to authorize Clean Up Enterprises, Inc., a New Mexico Sole Proprietor, to renew their current lease agreement on Building No. 67.
