ACTION REQUESTED:
Consider approval to authorize AerSale, Inc., a Florida Corporation, to renew their current lease agreement on Building No. 240 and the fenced area surrounding the building. (Stubbs/Holloman/Stark)
BACKGROUND:

AerSale, Inc., leases the building and land for the purpose of providing commercial aircraft components parts. 16,286 square feet. New rent amount is $3,841 monthly; $46,092 annually. Rent adjustment is 15%. AerSale, Inc., has been a customer since September 2010.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION
AerSale, Inc., new rent amount is $3,841 monthly; $46,092 annually. Rent adjustment is 15%. Term: February 1, 2020, through January 31, 2025.
LEGAL REVIEW:
The City Attorney has reviewed the lease.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE ACTION:
This item did not go to the Legal Committee due to lack of a quorum.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
