Approve grant application to the “Edward Byrnes Memorial Grant” in the sum of $21,531.00 for the Shawnee Police Department, to be shared with the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office.
Approval to replace Arvest Security Bank Card with Arvest Purchasing Card.
Acceptance of Lake Maintenance Building and place maintenance bond into effect.
Acceptance of Shawnee Splash Water Park and setting substantial completion date at June 12, 2015.
Authorize repair of four (4) Police Department 2016 Ford Explorers (City of Shawnee Asset Nos. 4611, 4612, 4613 and 4614) by Collision Works of Shawnee that were damaged in hail storm on April 29, 2016.

Approve Community Service Contract Review Committee Recommendations for Fiscal Year 2016-2017:
Consider entering into a contract with the Historical Shawnee Alliance for FY 2016-2017.
To enter into a contract with Historical Shawnee Alliance for FY 2016-2017 in the amount of $16,000.00.
Consider renewal of the YMCA contract for the management and operation of the Shawnee Community Center for FY 2016-2017.
: To defer the item until a plan is developed by the YMCA. (FY 2015-2016 contract amount was $36,000.00.)
Consider renewal of the contract with Senior Citizens Center, Inc. for operation of the Municipal Auditorium for FY 2016-2017.
: To renew the contract at the current funding level of $100,000.00, plus any additional increase for salary adjustments, at a level equal to what City of Shawnee employees receive, and to approve the contract as written. (FY 2015-2016 contract amount was $100,000.00).
Consider renewal of contract with Shawnee Economic Development Foundation for FY 2016-2017.
: To renew contract for FY 2016-2017 in the amount of $231,000.00. (No change from FY 2015-16 contract).
Consider renewal of contract with Central Oklahoma Community Action Agency/Central Oklahoma Transit for FY 2016-2017.
To renew contract for FY2016-2017 in the amount of $60,000.00 with indemnification clause added to the contract and proof of adequate insurance. (No change from FY 2015-16 contract).
Consider renewal of contract with Safe Events for Families for FY 2016-2017.
: To renew the contract for FY2016-2017 in the amount of $48,000.00 plus $10,000.00 for the Main Street Christmas decorations. (FY 2015-2016 contract amount was $15,000.00, amended March 7, 2016 to increase funding by $15,000.00).
Acknowledge the Central Disposal Contract for FY2016-2017.
Approve renewal of the following agreements for FY 2016-2017:
Pottawatomie County District Court to establish, develop and implement programs for juvenile misdemeanor offenders.
Agreement with Youth and Family Resource Center, Inc. (Hope House) for Juvenile Services.
Fingerprint Service for The Housing Authority of the City of Shawnee.
Agreement with YMCA for use of recreational facilities known as Lions Club Park, Dockery Park, Milstead Park and Lilac Park.
Agreement with Shawnee Twin Lakes Trap Club for use of city property known as Trap Range.
Agreement with McLoud Public Works Authority for use of mower, city property, for maintenance of Wes Watkins Reservoir.
Agreement with YMCA for use of mower, city property, for maintenance of Dockery Park, Lions Club Park, Milstead Park and Lilac Park.
Agreement with South Central Industries, Inc. for Right-of-Way Maintenance Services.
Pottawatomie Independent School District No. 93 for maintenance of tennis courts.
Gordon Cooper Technology Center (GCTC) District No. 5 to provide repaving and repair of public roadways and parking lots used by students, faculty, employees and patrons of GCTC.
Project H.E.A.R.T., Inc. for providing meals to elderly persons.
Agreement with Pottawatomie Independent School District No. 93 to provide police officers for Shawnee High School and Middle School.
Animal shelter facility agreement with City of McLoud.
Approve renewal of excess liability policy for Workers’ Compensation with Safety National Casualty Corporation for July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2017.

Public hearing and consideration of approval of a budget for Fiscal Year 2016-2017.
Consideration of a resolution adopting the budget for the City of Shawnee for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 finding all things requisite and necessary have been done in preparation and presentation of budget.
Consider a resolution approving renewal of a certain lease agreement with Motorola Credit Corporation.
Consider a resolution to declare a 1989 Ford Shawnee Fire Department school bus surplus property and authorizing the use of said vehicle in training exercises and eventual salvage.

Consider and take action with respect to a resolution of the City of Shawnee, Oklahoma (the “City”) approving the incurrence of indebtedness by the Shawnee Municipal Authority (the “Authority”) issuing its Utility System Revenue Note, Series 2016 (the “Note”); Providing that the organizational document creating the Authority is subject to the provisions of the indenture authorizing the issuance of said Note; waiving competitive bidding with respect to the sale of said Note and approving the proceedings of the Authority pertaining to the sale of said Note; ratifying and confirming the lease agreement, as amended, pertaining to the City’s water and sanitary sewer systems; establishing the City’s reasonable expectation with respect to the issuance of tax-exempt obligations by or on behalf of said City in calendar year 2016, and designating the Note as a qualified tax-exempt obligation; and containing other provisions relating thereto.
