Minutes for November 20, 2017 regular meeting.
Acknowledge the following minutes:
Shawnee Beautification Committee Minutes from October 19, 2017
Authorize Staff to purchase a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe 4x4 with the county sales tax funds in the total amount of $40,904.95.
Approve agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Shawnee for supplemental police services.
Authorize a right-of-way easement be given to Canadian Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. to serve an existing City Lake Lot Lease site at Shawnee Twin Lakes.

Public hearing for the purpose of giving members of the public an opportunity to be heard prior to any vote on the proposed Amended and Restated Shawnee Downtown Revitalization Project Plan.
Consideration of an ordinance approving and adopting the Amended and Restated Shawnee Downtown Revitalization Project Plan pursuant to the Oklahoma Local Development Act; designating and adopting project area and increment district boundaries; confirming the establishment of a date for the creation of Increment District No. 1, City of Shawnee; establishing a date for the creation of Increment District No. 2, City of Shawnee; adopting certain findings; authorizing the City of Shawnee to carry out and administer the project plan; establishing a tax apportionment fund; declaring apportioned funds to be special funds of the City of Shawnee or the Shawnee Municipal Authority; authorizing the use of increment revenues for the payment of certain project costs; authorizing the Shawnee Municipal Authority to carry out certain provisions of the project plan; ratifying and confirming the actions, recommendations and findings of the Shawnee Downtown Revitalization Project Amendment Review Committee and the Shawnee Planning Commission; directing continuing apportionment; providing for severability; and declaring an emergency.
