All motions will be made in the affirmative. The fact that a commissioner makes or offers a second to a motion does not mean that the commissioner must vote in favor of passage.
 
             
1.   Consider approval of Consent Agenda:
 
a.   Acknowledge staff will proceed in the instant meeting with the opening and consideration of bids as set forth in Shawnee Municipal Authority Agenda Item No. 2.
 
b.   Minutes from the October 3, 2016 regular meeting.
 
c.   Acknowledge the following reports and minutes:
  • License Payment Report for September 2016
  • Project Payment Report for September 2016
  • Shawnee Urban Renewal Authority Minutes from the July 5, 2016 meeting
  • Planning Commission Minutes from the September 7, 2016 meeting
 
d.   Approve agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Shawnee for supplemental police services.
 
e.   Acknowledge City of Shawnee Holiday Schedule for 2017.
 
f.   Acceptance of public improvement, i.e., sanitary sewer, for the Regal Addition and placing the maintenance bond into effect.
 
g.   Acceptance of public improvements, i.e., sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water, and paving for Deer Field Estates Addition, placing maintenance bonds into effect.
 
h.   Acknowledge Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund Early Retirement for Frank Loman.

4.   Consideration of a Final Plat for Re-Plat of Vision Addition, Section I, located at 4301 North Harrison Street.Case No. S18-16. Applicant: Vision Bank, NA.
 
5.   Consideration of a Final Plat for Vision Addition, Section II, located at 4301 North Harrison Street.Case No. S10-16. Applicant: Vision Bank, NA.
 
6.   Public hearing and consideration of an ordinance to rezone property located at 1500 East Independence Street from R-1; Single Family Residential to C-1; Neighborhood Commercial.  Case No. P08-16.  Application: ADG, PC.
 
7.   Consideration of a Preliminary Plat for Avedis Park located at 1500 East Independence Street. Case No. S17-16. Applicant: ADG, PC.
 
8.   Acknowledge Sales Tax Report received October 2016.

11.   Discussion, consideration and possible action to enter into executive session to discuss confidential communications between the City and the City Attorney concerning a pending claim and investigation which the City, with the advice of the City Attorney, has determined that disclosure would seriously impair the ability to the City to process the claim and conduct an investigation in the public interest in compliance with its duty of confidentiality concerning investigation of complaints of the existence of a hostile work environment as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307B(4).
