RECOMMENDATION
Hold second reading of an ordinance Imposing a Temporary Moratorium on New Development Projects that Cannot be Served with Water.
DISCUSSION
This item was introduced and a first hearing held by the City Council on August 4, 2021. The Council unanimously approved the temporary moratorium ordinance.
