Correspondence received from Dina Ferrer, Coordinator of Lorain Learning Centers, Lorain County Community College, stating their support for the building of a new gym for Spectrum School. 
c.   Corresp. from Inez James dated May 31, 2018, requesting an apology from Councilman Flores for his comments made on social media on May 27, 2018.  
d.   Email correspondence from Kristine Ingersoll in support of Councilman Flores and his efforts and dedication to the 2nd Ward.

11.   LEGISLATION - FIRST READING:
a.   ____Reso. joining with LC Commissioners in declaring June 15, 2018, as World Elder Abuse Awareness Day in the City of Lorain. 
b.   ____Ord. authorizing the Safety/Service Director to enter into a contract for the 2018 sewer rehab project (approx. $1.3M) for the City of Lorain. 
c.   ____Ord. assessing the cost to abate nuisances by removing litter and deposit of garbage, rubbish, junk, etc. 
12.   LEGISLATION - SECOND READING: 
a.   ____Ord. granting S/S Director authority to participate in contracts w/state purchasing to purchase vehicles and equipment, per ORC 125.04.  (Pending committee action.)
13.   LEGISLATION - THIRD READING: 
a.   ____Ord. authorizing the City of Lorain to enter into a Community Reinvestment Area Tax Abatement agreement with City Center West LLC.
