a.   Submission for approval of a TREX transfer form for a C2 and C2X permits from Geyer Discount Ventures d/b/a Geyers Save-A-Lot in Mt. Gilead Ohio to Moran Foods Save-A-Lot @ 405 W. 4th Street in Lorain with details of the economic development project included.

a.   Correspondence from Dan Ramos dated March 7, 2019, advising a large population of recycling participation remains at 0% due to no availability and encourages recycling activities be extended to include multi-family and apartment complex units in the City of Lorain.

9.   LEGISLATION - FIRST READING:
a.   ____Ord. amending Chapter 1221 "Definitions", Chapters 1165 & 1167 "Zoning"  of the Lorain Codified Ord. (Mini self service storage facilities).
b.   ____Ord. amending Section 1 of Ord. 142-18, purchase of gasoline, fuel, oil & other petroleum products from a vendor whose price is at or below the state term pricing.  
c.   ____Ord. authorizing the Mayor of the City of Lorain to accept the 2019 NOPEC grant totaling $156,954. 
d.   ____ Appropriation
e.   ____Ord. amending Section 2 of Ord. 183-12 and relieving City from paying storm service fee for city-owned properties. 
10.   LEGISLATION - SECOND READING:
a.   ____ Ord auth S/S Director to enter into real estate purchase agreement & escrow instructions between Walter A. Frey Funeral Home & Walter Frey, Jr. 
b.   ____Ord. authorizing the City of Lorain to enter into a Community Reinvestment Area Tax Abatement Agreement with SNG Properties Ltd.  
c.   ____Appropriation (Judges)
d.   ____Ord. amending Ord. No. 47-18, Sections 15.3.5 - Judges, Section 15.3.6 - Law Dept., Section 15.3.7 - Mayor/Safety Service by adding classifications and positions all necessary for the housing court expansion project.  *Motion to incorporate amendments,  (REV EXHIBIT B) from Committee recommendation is required.

12.   COMMITTEE CALLS:   A Police/Fire & Legislative Committee meeting has been scheduled for Monday, April 8th @ 6 p.m. to discuss an ordinance authorizing RFPs for EMT services and  the feasibility of the LFD assuming these duties.
A Public Hearing has been scheduled for Monday, April 15, 2019 @ 5:30 p.m. to discuss an application to rezone the northern 3.94 acre parcel (02-02-003-102-108) from B-1 to B-2 General Business for construction of a mini self storage facility.

• Pay outstanding penalties only balance(s) at a reduced amount
