a.   Mayor's reappointment of Alan Zgonc to the Lorain Port Authority Board for an additional four (4) year term to run through January 8, 2023. 
b.   Mayor's request to reappoint Jeffrey Zellers to the Lorain Port Authority Board for an additional four (4) year term to run through January 8, 2023.
5.   CORRESPONDENCE FROM DIRECTORS, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS:
a.   Auditor Shawver's submission of the City of Lorain's revised Credit Card Policy, as required per HB 312.

a.   Correspondence from the Ohio Division of Liquor Control advising of a New C1 permit from Family Dollar Stores at 1820 Broadway.
b.   Correspondence from the Ohio Division of Liquor Control advising of a D4 transfer permit from Westlake Yachting Club at 485 California Avenue, 1st Floor, Storeroom & Patio to Westlake Yachting Club, 1st Floor, Storeroom & Patio at 108 Alabama Avenue, Lorain, OH 44052
7.   CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC:
a.   Email correspondence received from John Spondike requesting to address Council for a few moments to discuss the flooding that is occuring in Camden Ridge behind Cornerstone Farms.

9.   LEGISLATION - FIRST READING:
a.   ____Reso. authorizing the S/S Dir. to apply for, accept & enter a contract on behalf of City of Lorain for construction of the Planned Active Transportation Plan "Safe Routes to School."
b.   ____ Reso. expressing the support of Lorain City Council for the efforts of the Lorain City School Board to promote the interests of the students of the school system and to urge the CEO to work with the Board of Education. 
c.   ____Ord. adopting the recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve the request for reclassification of property located on the west side of Apple Ave. from R-3 to B-2. 
d.   ____Ord. authorizing the Mayor and Lorain City Council to waive any & all fees associated with the construction and/or remodel of various city owned properties.
e.   _____Ord. authorizing the S/S Dir. to enter into a contract for road rehabilitation of E. 34th,  Livingston and 10th St., funded by CDBG funds.
10.   LEGISLATION-SECOND READING:   (none)
11.   LEGISLATION - THIRD READING:
a.   ____Ord. changing the name of "All Pro Athletic Avenue" to "Silver Maple Way" in the City of Lorain.  
b.   ____Ord. authorizing and approving a fourth amendment to the Development Agreement by and among the City of Lorain & Spitzer Great Lakes and Zaremba Black River Development. 
12.   COMMITTEE CALLS:    Finance/Claims & All Council Committee will meet on Monday, Feb. 25, 2019 @ 6 p.m. to discuss final numbers and carryovers from 2018.  A public hearing has been scheduled for Monday, March 18, 2019 @ 5:30 to discuss an application to amend Cod. Ord. 1165.04 & 1167.03 to allow for mini storage facilities in B-2 & B-3 as conditional uses.
