SUBJECT:
ACCEPT A TEMPORARY PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT FROM OAKWOOD DEVELOPMENT, INC., AN OKLAHOMA LLC, WITHIN THE PHEASANT RUN DEVELOPMENT, AT NO COST TO THE CITY OF ENID, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS.
BACKGROUND:

The International Fire Code (IFC) requires developers to provide dual access to new developments which are intended to serve more than 30 single-family dwelings before a plat can be finalized. This temporary public access easement will provide the second access within the Pheasant Run Development. This temporary public access easement will remain in effect until the adjoining parcel is developed and a permanent easement or rights-of-way are dedicated to the City of Enid.

RECOMMENDATION:
Accept Temporary Public Access Easement.
