a. Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated April 23, 2019.
  Motion by Commissioner Preston Gilstrap, with second by Commissioner Coffey Caesar to approve the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated April 23, 2019. Motion passed 6-0.

1. Consider Preliminary Plat P-318-19; Hampton Meadows, Phase 2B. Located just south of Parakeet Drive and approximately 140 feet east of Wren Street, consisting of 43 residential lots and containing 10.87acres. Applicant and Property Owner: Elaine Torres.

Mr. Edlyn Vatthauer presented the management report for case P-318-19.

Staff asked the Commission if there were any questions.

There being no questions the Commission entertained a motion.
  Motion by Commissioner Theo Peugh, with second by Commissioner Coffey Caesar to recommend approval for Preliminary Plat P-318-19; Hampton Meadows, Phase 2B. Located just south of Parakeet Drive and approximately 140 feet east of Wren Street, consisting of 43 residential lots and containing 10.87acres. Applicant and Property Owner: Elaine Torres. Motion passed 6-0.
