RCA-D.1   Public Hearing and Consider Ordinance No. 1178.387, Approving a Major Amendment to the Regional Gateway Commerce Center PAD to Create Dreamport Villages Casa Grande North Planned Area Development (PAD); and Expanding the PAD By 93 Acres to Include a Rezone of Areas Currently Designated Urban Ranch (UR) and Garden And Light Industrial (I-1) For Property Located Between Interstate 8 and Jimmie Kerr Boulevard, West of Interstate 10, Casa Grande, Arizona

RCA-D.3   Consider Two Items Regarding a Proposed Development Agreement With The Block
Sports Company

A) Consider Making the Following Findings Regarding a Proposed Retail
Development Tax Incentive Agreement with The Block Sports Company
1. That the proposed tax incentive is anticipated to raise more revenue than the
amount of the incentive within the duration of the Development Agreement.
2. That in the absence of a tax incentive, the Developer (to the extent it
constitutes or operates a retail business facility or similar retail business facility
as such terms are used in A.R.S. § 9-500.11, as amended) would not locate in the
City in the same time, place, or manner.

B) Consider Ordinance No. 3033, Approving a Development Agreement Between
the City of Casa Grande and The Block Sports Company for the Dreamport Villages
Project; and Authorizing Execution of the Development Agreement and Other
Necessary Documentation By the City Manager; and Authorizing the Expenditure of
City Funds
