1.   Public hearing and consideration of a request by Sam Clegg for property located at 1205 E. Sunset Drive:
 
a.  DSA-17-00063: to allow a second driveway whereas City Code Section 17.56.100 limits single family uses to one drive access per property unless additional drive access is specifically approved by the Planning Commission. (Laura Blakeman, Planner)

Hearing held.  Request approved.
 
F.   New Business
 
1.   Public hearing and consideration of a request by Tiffany M. Battle, for the following land use requests for property located at 1469 E. Laurel Drive:
 
a.  DSA-17-00014: Major Amendment to the Ironwood Commons Planned Area Development to allow a Group Home land use (Safeway House Youth Facility) and a modification of the parking requirements for group homes to allow tandem parking and vehicles to back out onto the street.

b
.  DSA-17-00015: Conditional Use Permit to allow for operation of a Group Home (Safeway House Youth Facility) for up to 9 clients. (Laura Blakeman, Planner)

2.   Public hearing and consideration of a request by Scott Communities, for the following land use approval upon property located at 1119 and 1123 E. Barrus Dr. within the Cottonwood Ranch PAD:
 
a.  DSA-17-00089: Conditional Use Permit for a Model Home and Sales Complex featuring the construction of a model home with a sales office, and a parking lot (James Gagliardi, Planner)

Hearing held.  Approved.

1.  Minor Site Plans Administratively Approved:
a.  DSA-17-00027:  Minor Amendment to the Walmart Distribution Center Site Plan for the installation of a 54' X 76' foot pad with an 18,000 gallon liquid hydrogen storage tank and associated equipment and a paved fire access road.  Approved July 17, 2017 (Joseph Horn, Planner)
 
2.  Board of Adjustment Decisions  (None)
