DSA-17-00077 - Request by Roy Dawson
for property located at 3320 E. Ropers Rd:
To allow a second driveway whereas City Code Section 17.56.100 limits single family uses to one drive access per property (Planner James Gagliardi)
In June, this same property, 3320 E Ropers Rd. received a Conditional Use Permit by the Planning Commission to allow a manufactured home within the Urban Ranch zone, an accessory structure to be larger than 675 sq. ft, and this same accessory structure to be taller than the principal structure. The agenda, however, did not reference the consideration for two driveways which requires separate action by the Planning Commission. The staff report, Exhibit A, provides further discussion.
Staff recommends that Planning Commission approve DSA-17-00077 to allow two driveways onto Ropers Rd.
